Add Events to Calendar

I have one program that works all of our vacation. I really want the vacation time entered into this program to be visible in my SharePoint calendar.

I can get the dates, names, etc... out of my vaction system but I am looking for a way to get them back into my SharePoint calendar. I am a bit of a share point newbe so either my question is either very easy or almost imposible...I am not sure until I hear from you.
