Add disclaimer as an attachment

My boss wants to have our disclaimer sent out as an attachment rather than using GFI Mail essentails text only function. Any ideas as to how this is done?

Hi Lander215. I only posted this thread as I couldn't find anything relating to this doing a search! Maybe it's me being a bit stupid but can you post a link to one of the dozens of posts?

Click the Search button right up above your post, then set your date range to all, and enter "disclaimer" as the search term.
