I have a Mitel3300ICP phone switch. The guy who managed it quit and now it is in my lap. I need to add a Superset4025, so one person can use a speaker phone. Some user configs show mulitple phones, including the 4025, while his only shows 2, the 401 and 4001. I need to add the 4025 to his user configuration. I've went through all the forms and configuration pages on the system, but can not find where to make the change.

I hate to sound ticked but the guy is a real piece of work.

I am assuming that the set you are programming is in the DNI Single Line Form (thus 4001, 401).

You cannot change a set programmed in this form to be a 4025 set.

You must first delete the set (Make note of the PLID before doing so) then re-create using the Multiline DNI Assignmnet form.

When deleting a set you will have to clear and recreate all appearances, busy lamps, pickup groups and hunt group appearances.

The Change Attribute form is a quick reference for what groups the phone belongs to and the Multiline Group Assignment form is a quick reference for all the Key Appearances.

Good Luck
