Add Custom Property as part of a shape

Hi,

I'm trying to put some custom properties of a shape into it. I've seen that some predefined shapes of visio (like organigram shapes) present the behaviour that i want to get. You can see some of the custom properties printed into the shape and you're able to modify them, so if you write into the shape you modify the custom properties of the shape.
