Add controls to tabpages

Good morning all,

I am not sure what happened, but I had a tab control with multiple tabs, and each tab having its own set of buttons and textboxes and labels and dgv and all...

Today, I went back to work on the application, and I noticed one button that wasn't supposed to be on the first tab was showing on that tab. It is supposed to be on a different one. So I started looking at other controls on the winform and I can move them inside our outside of the tabcontrol area, but they are still not linked to any particular tab. Did I miss something? Can this be fixed?
