Add contacts automatically to Outlook 2003

I've been searching for a way to add contacts automatically to Outlook 2003 from an incoming e-mail. I came across

and added the first set of code to the ThisOutlookSession module. As far as I understand, if I reply to an e-mail and the recipients are not in my contacts list, the code should add them to the list - but it doesn't work.

Does anyone have any idea why - or is there an alternative way of adding contacts automatically? I receive e-mails with up to 200 contacts in the "CC" section and I would like to add these contacts to my list. I know that I can add them one by one but I'd rather not have to do this laborious task!
