I have a cross tab report that sums up some information for me based on quite a few different columns. It displays them by a territory number. My issue is that I also need to show 2 other columns alongside the territory. Is there a way to do this?
I have:
Terr Count1 Count2 Count3
12345 5 3 3
12346 6 2 3
12347 4 2 4

I need:
Area Region Terr Count1 Count2 Count3
12 123 12345 5 3 3
12 123 12346 6 2 3
12 123 12347 4 2 4

Thanks,
Kristen

For that sort of formatting you'll need a manual cross-tab.

You can cheat it by creating a single column with all fields concatenated, as in:

{table.Area} & " - " & {table.Region} & " - " & {table.Terr}

You could even insert text to describe each of the entities within.
