Add Column to Cross Tab

Hi Guys

I have created a cross tab that displays certain figures for each month. I need to add a column with static figurs to the cross tab.

So at the moment my cross tab shows as:

Jan Feb Mar Total
Sports 1 2 2 5
Business 5 4 5 14

However I need to add another column that shows target where the numbers never change. So I need my cross tab to shows another column as below.

Jan Feb Mar Total Target
Sports 1 2 2 5 10
Business 5 4 5 14 25

Can anyone help please?

Crystal Repors 2008 has a neat feature called "calculated member" that will do what you need. Read the help and our Crystal Clear articles on how that works.

If you are using an earlier version, you could create a manual crosstab where you calculate each column with a formula and a summary field. Then the target column is just another formula.
