We have a site that has a router configured for fialover with a DLS connection.

There is also a client at this site that has their own conection out through a PIX firewall out a seperate connection.

We want to remove the client connection and add them to our DSL connection.

I am not sure how to do this.

I can get 6 more addresses added to our account and give them their own address.

Can you connect a switch to the etherent port of a DSL modem and have multiple connections that way?

Depends on the modem. A better (and cheaper) way to go about this would be to hook a router up to the modem, or buy and connect a gateway (router/modem). Netgear, Linksys, etc. all have them and they range from about $50 to $120. Linksys has a really nice little one (can't recall the model) that has 4 ethernet ports and wireless. It costs about $80, usually on sale for about $60 -$70. Hook this up to your DSL line, you'll need only the one account. Then hook the pc's up to it. The router uses one connection and then "routes" traffic to the pc's hooked to it. Most of the new ones will automatically configure the connection to the pc's and assign subnet address for each pc.
Obviously, one payment of 70 - 80 dollars is a lot cheaper and simplier then paying your ISP month after month for extra accounts.

Good luck
