Add/Change outbound calls route

Hi,
I have now 3 E1 cards:
2 for INBOUND traffic
1 for OUTBOUND traffic

I need to remove one of the IN cards and the OUT card, so only one of the actual INBOUND E1 services will be available for calling.

How can I define "9" key to take a line from this card that's in slot 2 of the cabinet?

You don't assign a 9 persay to a card. Your calls route by NPA to RLI

RLI's point to a route (Note that each ENTR refers to an alternate route)So probably all you'll need to do is change the RLI to point to the correct route. and since you are only going to have one route it seems you will not need more than one route reference (ENTR)

you can disable the other two pri's.. or put the one pri in a new rdb.. then your rlb will point to card 2.. since the rlb points to a route.. you can move (out and in) loop 2 or out loops 1 and 3..

just make sure that when you disable 1 and 3, you still get inbound.. your provider controls the ckt that your inbound is pointed to
