Add Buttons To IE6 Toolbar

My Project:
I would like to create buttons on the main toolbar that connect directly to specific web sites I visit frequently. I do not want to use the Links toolbar.

I have tried a couple of programs (Addabutton, CutomizeIE) that are supposed to do this but can't get them to work. So, I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to do this or a program that will work.

I am using WinXP Pro, SP1 and IE6.
