in my office the production manager used to have setup a preset reports in CCC reporter to be automatically e-mailed to her ever day. She had set this up in January and it had been working fine ever since. Yesterday she for some reason clicked Clear and cleared out her e-mail address, and then wanted to add both her and a co-workers e-mail addresse to the Recipients: list. The problem we're having now is when you click Add to add an e-mail Recipient, nothing seems to happen. No windows, dialog boxes, etc. appear. I've gone to a different pc that has CCC Reporter setup on it and tried adding an e-mail address from there and am having the same "no response" problem.
Does anyone know why this would be happening and how to fix it so we can Add e-mail addresss to the preset report properties again?
