Add both "Name" and "Duration" to top of task bar in MS Project 2007? 1

Hi, I have a client who would like to have both the "name" and "duration" appear at the top of the task bar. Is this possible? I seems that MS Project 2007 only allows you to assign a single text value to the left, right, top, bottom or center. The client wants the left side of the task bar be the "start", the right side to show the "finish" and the top to show both "name" and "duration". Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You'll need to combine the Name and Duration fields into a text field and use the text field identifier in the Gantt chart.

[li]Add one of the spare text fields (Text1 for example) to the table on the left of the Gantt chart view.[/li]
[li]Right click on the column heading for Text1 and choose Customize Field to open the Custom Fields dialog.[/li]
[li]In the Attributes section choose "Formula..." to open the Formula for Text1 dialog.[/li]
[li]Enter the following formula:[/li]
[li][Name] & " - " & [Duration]/[Minutes Per Day] & " days"[/li]
[li]Click OK to close the Formula dialog and return to the Customize Fields dialog.[/li]
[li]In the Calculation for task and group summary rows select "Use Formula"[/li]
[li]Click OK to close the Customize fields dialog.[/li]
[li]Use the Text1 field in the Format Bar Styles command to show the Name and Duration.[/li]
[li]You can now hide the Text1 field in the view.[/li]

Works perfectly! I switched it to "Minutes Per Week" and got the value in weeks which is what the client needed. Thanks so much!
