Thanks in advanced. I am trying to add a Avay 6221 analog phone but it is not one of my phone options on the switch. How can I add this to my options. I can program it as a 6220 but it seems that it is not full duplex in speaker phone mode. I thought 6220 were supposed to be full duplex?
