Add App Icon to Start Menu (PPC 2003)

I'm sure this is really, REALLY easy, but I havn't been able to figure out how to do it yet...

I have an application for our pocket pc 2003 device that I want to have accessible through an icon in the start menu. How do I add it so that they can either get it from 'Start', or at least have it in the 'Programs' screen?

All good...I just pasted a shortcut to the Start Menu and Programs folders, and it does what I need.

New question: how do I get my icon to actually show up in PPC2003?

By that I mean: I have an icon I created, and I've assigned it as the icon for my app in VS.NET. However, when I deploy (which puts the icon file along with the exe), the default .NET application icon is used.
