ADD and CC7 SU3

The readme file of CC7 SU3 has conflicting information about the ADD client. It reads that the ADD client is updated with SU3. It also says to install ADD, use the exe file found on the install DVD. I can't find anywhere to download the latest version of ADD so right now I am stuck with the DVD version. I need to get the new client pushed out to all of the agents prior to the upgrade. We are upgrading the existing CC6 server, so I can't load CC7 ahead of time and just use that file.

Is there someone out there with CC7 SU3 that can tell me what verision of ADD you have. The client from the DVD is just 07.00.000.00. Assuming it is newer, how can I get this ahead of time?

This seems to happen with every upgrade of ADD and ActiveX Controls. You really need to get the files from some other installation beforehand.
Why can't Avaya/Nortel not also publish these online, as they do for other patches (e.g. softphone)?
