Add an external ATA-2 to a BCM-450

I need some guidance on connecting an ATA-2 to a BCM-450 station jack. The port shows up as a 7316e.. Is there somewhere in the Element manager that I can change this?

just connect the ata2 to a digital port. the ata2 will do the rest

Are you on the right port? It should come up as analog.

It has to be an inactive port you are connecting to and sometimes in the model of the phone it will show as a digital but when you connect the ATA it will show as analog or link.
