Add an ACD Supervisor

Which CLS (Class of Service) do I need to allow an ACD set to OBSERVE another set?
and which CLS do I need to add a set as an ACD SUPERVISOR?
I'm working with an opc11c
I have added CLS "SPV" but still am receiving error SSCH0030 when adding ACD:
KEY 0 ACD NNNN 0 agent_number SPV

whoa on that! you ask'n fer problems!!

look_ you have a sup set, or agent set. key zero doesnt hv anything to do with it!!

key zero is key 0 acd xxxx 0 yyyy
acd queue 0 posID

An open key available is (example if SPV in CLS)
key 4 OBV (enter out)

THEN hit OBV key and enter posID you want to observe
