I am importing a .CSV file into an existing table in an Access DB. During the import process, I want to add an additional field and prepopulate all records in that field with the same data element. (Example: Field name is Location and I would want to define the location as Texas and add that field with the value Texas to all records in the .CSV file.

This import will take place daily and each day I will want the ability to enter the Location for that import.
Basically the location name during import will be Dynamic/user defined.

Any help is appreciated.

If you are appending data to existing table, you could do an update query after the import and have the query fill in the information using parameter so that it prompts for the location.
