Add additional digit integrated to new cell phone rules?

All cell phones numbers will have an additional number starting with 9 ( new model 9xxxx-xxxx) and it needs to be configured to all users to be able to do that from all office phones that have external calls available.

I think it has something to do with roddp:dest=all; pre

Any ideas

Yes it was a question.

Simpler to ask, the mobile provider will add a new digit to the mobile numbers from 8 digits will become 9, so I have to adjust the pre of the destinations.
