Add a switch to Groupwise client

Im looking for a setting or a switch setting in setup.cfg
to make as a default that in the environment under default actions in file attachments to make the open attachment check marked. I want to push out a new version of Groupwise client 6.5 sp6 with this added. If I look in consoleone I see no setting making this a default or unable to see a switch in the setup.cfg to allow the push.

If anyone has used this before let me know

You want to force open any email attachment? Are you sure?

Yes
We have a custom program that wants to have the open attachment checked so that when there is a file like excel that it will allow the attachment to open up.
otherwise the program gives you an error on the screen till we make the change in the users tools/options

D'oh, I get it. When doubleclicked it opens instead of being viewed.

I don't see a way of setting that globally either.
