I know this seems very simple, but for some reason I can not find out why my form will not let me update / add a new record in the database. I have done several access databases and have always been able to update records. Quite simple go to form and click allow edits and additions etc... Add a little add button if desired. For some reason I can't do it on this one. I then looked at the query and it doesn't have a place where you can add a record on the datasheet view like all of my other databases do. How do I change this? I believe this might be the reason why I am not being able to add records. I may be completely off? I am running access 2000 and my help doesn't seem to be installed properly. I thank you in advance for any ideas or advice....
