How do I add a program like my mouse32 program to start at boot? I removed it from start program registry and don't know how to add it back.

Just put it in the startup folder under start/programs

Ideally re-install the mouse driver, but if you must do it manually

In regedit go to HKLM if you want it added for all users of that pc or HKCU if you only want yourself.
\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Add new string value, and give it a name (e.g. mouse driver)
Right click the new entry and select modify, and add the program you want to run in the VALUE DATA box (best to use the full path as well).
