add a printer driver , help please!!!!!

Hi

Just i searching if anyone has the code complete (c or c++)or he has any idea, with which i can add a printer driver
I Want (if possible) the Windows printing system in order to transmit files with two steps:

-> Select the PRINT option from the FILE menu (in MS winword,Notpad .....etc).

-> Select the my System printer from the driver list.

thanks a lot!
