I need to add a NEW url to our existing Exchange server 2003 so our users can use when retriving email from the road. Can anyone tell me how do I do this?

It wasn't me, it was someone that looks a lot like me . . . .

you can create a subdomain concept or get an additional domain name and point it to the same IP
eg.
newwebmail.domain.com/ex.. = your IP
newdomain.com/exc...= your same IP

so hit up godady.com or register.com or any other public registrar....
All the best!

Thanks for your reply Lebisol, but now suppose I do have the new domain name ready, where in the Exchange server I will go to make that change?

If it's just for OWA, you wouldn't. This is a DNS issue. Point that A record (owa.newdomain.com) at your public IP address.

This is only for OWA, so this is something that our DNS handler (like AT&T) should do? NOT done in our internal DNS, am I correct? Thanks for all your help!

correct since you said..."when retriving email from the road"
so this would be on side of who ever has your DNS record...from whome you bought the domain name; which Not neccessarily is your ISP.
Just do a nslookup on your domain.
All the best!
