Add a new translation

I have several on-the-road staff calling in, and our Caller ID will display the full number (765-413-0055). Because our Opticlient softphones only recognize one phone number per user entry (John Dough, 413-0055), I have to add two users (John Dough, 413-0055 and John Dough, 765-413-0055) to get it to recognize all my on-the-street folks.
Basically when I dial 765-413-0055 from a device, I want the output to be 994130055 from anywhere in the system.

Possible?

Setup a new RICHT with a new LODR and LDAT
In the LODR you tell it to outpulse 994130055 and END
In the LDPLN add in the digits that the clients will dial 7654130055
