add a line when field changes in detail section 1

I have a report with the following layout
GH1: Person Name
GH2: Month
DETAILS
field1 field2 field3 fieldx

What I would like to do is when fieldx changes, draw a line so I end up with

Joe Smoe
Work for the month of June
task 1 6/1/14 completed rollup
task 2 6/3/14 completed rollup
--------------------------------------------
task 3 6/1/14 ongoing followup
task 4 6/20/14 completed followup

Susie Que
Work for the month of June
task....

How would I do this?
