Add a confidenciality sig on all outbound emails

Is there an easy way to add a confidenciality signature line on all of the outbound emails?

I have just recently messed with MS afterthouhg with VBscript:

however, not really all that great solution as it always adds disclaimers...even if there is one already.
I went with inexpensive solution DisclaimIT:
