You can use your aliases file
e.g.
distlist1: joe, jim, mary, bob,
As long as all the above have valid mail accounts, any mail addressed to distlist1@yourdomain.com will go to bob, mary, jim & joe (in that order I believe)
Don't forget to run newaliases after every change to the aliases file.
