Add a button to Outlook tollbar for all network users.

I need to add a button to the standard Outlook Toolbar (or any Outlook toolbar) on everyone's computer on a network. Everyone is running Outlook 2002. I want this button to open a form that I created. I have already created the form and the have created the button locally on my standard toolbar, but how do I roll it out to everyone else's machine?

Any help would be much appreciated.
