I'm using the deployment tools to join a 2003 server to an existing 5.5 organization. Everything seems to be going fine, but in the ADCTools.log, after running the verify of step 4, I get a list of users matched, but at the end of the list I get "Warning: The Exchange 5.5 directory still contains objects that are not replicated to Active Directory. If you have just run Connection Agreement Wizard, allow time for directory replication to complete, and then rerun the verification task in Step 4. Otherwise, run the Connection Agreement Wizard.
No mail enabled objects found in Active Directory."
I have waited plenty of time for replication. Also, when I try to open the connection agreements, I get an error that the ADC service for this agreement cannot be found. The service is there and running. Is this because exchange isn't installed yet? I'm tempted to uninstall ADC and try it on another server before proceeding. Am I over-reacting?
