adapting a director movie to a screen size 1

Hi there:

I may be wrong but I am sure I came across a script that allows a director movie to resize itself to fit the screen size of the monitor on which it is played.
Does anybody know of such a script? Director 7 please!Also what will happen to the layout of a movie - if I write it for a 15" monitor will it then stretch to a 17" monitor?
