I know this isn't the right forum, but I haven't had any luck on others here, or the HP forum, or the HP enquirey phoneline ;)

We are pretty sure we would like to pickup an HP switch (4148GL) but would like to know if it supports Adapter Teaming. I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with this or any Similar HP swtches and could cast any light.

I only recently became clued up on adapter teaming and found out that the type of teaming we would like to use has to have support on the switch.

Thanks if you can cast any information my way.

802.3ad Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) and hp trunking: support up to 6 trunks, each with up to 4 links (ports) per trunk; trunking across modules is supported Cisco Fast EtherChannel© (FEC): supports Cisco’s proprietary FEC trunking protocol

I think this is the buzzwords you want, 4 ports per trunk

hopefully those match the buzzwords on the NICs I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
