Adaptec 2940 SCIS Card o(-_-)o

Hello,
can anyone tell me how to update the firmware on the card above? I've downloaded the exe from Adaptec and when run the produces a .HEX file. I not sure what to do next can anyone help?

you have to flash it... but you need an eeprom writer
