Can anyone remember the procedure to return an AD8 to Factory settings cleaning out all customer data and restoring any pre recorded messages.

AD8 Factory Default

I have the procedure to default the Elite VMP VM card. I believe most of the procedure is the same. You need to escape to DOS. See below;
Press the ESC button (after connecting to the VM)
Select yes to disconnect from all lines
Log in (should bring you to the utilities menu)
Press 4 = archive/de archive local files
This brings you to the archive/de archive menu
Press 4 de archive default database
Press yes to default
Restart the VM and log in again
NOTE: the opening box will not default. You need to re record the message
