AD64 and IMX

I have an imx 2400 as my main switch and another imx 2400 connected through a fusion network. The main switch also has the AD64 mail system hooked to it.

I have one user who is on the other switch that complains her voicemail message light doesnt come on when the message is received. She claims that she will be sittin at her desk and then all of a sudden the light turns on saying she has a voicemail. However, the system says the voicemail was recieved a few hours ago.

Has anyone ever had a problem of this message being delayed between switches? ANyone have any other insight as to what may be causing this?

I've never had this problem on the Ad 64 but I have had it on the AD 40's and the repartees. Genreally the only fix I ever came up with was to change a few more of the ports A/D and up the retries in the MWI field. I've gone round and round with NEC NTAC and they never came up with a solution
the actually worked.
