Hi,
first of all I apologize for my poor English. I'm writing form Italy.
I have a problem with Active Directory on my Windows Server 2003 DC and I hope someone could be of help.
These are the facts:
- I created a new user "TIZIO" on my domain with a mail account associated on my Exchange 2003 server
- I need every e-mail sent to this new user TIZIO redirected to the mail account of another user "CAIO" in my domain
- CAIO already exists and works fine, it has an e-mail account which is used every day.
- When I open the user TIZIO details and choose toward which user redirect its mails, in the search results I can not find CAIO among the others
- If I use the "search" option in Active Directory, CAIO appears among the "users, contacts and groups", but if I search CAIO under the "Exchange" > "Users wiht Exchange account" it does not show
Anyone has an idea why CAIO - which, as I stated before, works fine - is not recognized in AD as an user with an Exchange account?
Thanks in advance to anyone who wanta to try sehd some light on this problem.
Best regards
Marco
