ad: servers/shares for each vlan/subnet

I need to create a couple vlan/subnet for our one domain:

Accounting vlan
Internal DMZ valn(domain controller , dns)
business development vlan

Is it practical to have a server for each vlan/subnet for printer and file sharing? Or is more practicle to have multiple shares/printers on one server in the "Internal DMZ valn" that restrict based on security groups?
