AD replication and Nat

I've got 2 branches - the main center and a remote site connected on a P2P T1 using Natted private addresses at the remote site. We would like to place a DC at the remote site but can't seem to get replication with the main center to work. I'm sure it's connected to the natting. Have asked consultants and googled but haven't gotten a plain answer. Any suggestions?

Have thought about port forwarding to the natted server if I was sure of what ports I need. Also seems that IPSec will not work over a natted connection..

Any help appreciated.
