When Disabling an account in AD I have a few accounts that become disabled along with it.... is there something that I am not aware of? I am newbie "as far as administrating Networks" can anyone give me some insight please

thanks,
polo

Are you disabling a straight user account here?
If you look at the types of account you will see that some have two heads an some have one. The ones with two heads have member accounts whilst the other users are standalone and can be members of these. eg schema admins have different members and you can add users to this 'security group'.
