AD Group Policy to disable IE 7 (your security level)

Everytime one of my users opens there IE 7 they get a prompt telling them that there security level has put there computer at risk. It comes up everytime they want to open IE 7. In your domain we have our default page pointing to our Citrix webpage. Is there anyway of setting up something to disable this?
