AD Group Policy not loading with SOHO 6tc to FB II VPN

I have set up a BOVPN between a SOHO 6tc and a Firebox II. Both are using the lastest software and firmware. There are three Win2K Pro workstations behind the SOHO and I have a native 2000 domain behind the Firebox. Everything works fine except that the group policy for the OU that contains the users behind the SOHO isn't loading. Has anyone else had this problem. If so how did you resolve it.
