Hi All.

Have an R7 system with AD working and all contacts show on handsets.
problem is the dialing of those numbers as the format in AD is +27xxxxxxxxx and the user can not dial the number from there
client is using BRI ISDN trunks

any ideas here please

make a shortcode
27N
dial
N
ARS

it might work but I doubt it

you can also try and make the same shortcode with the + sign in front of the 27N

I always have a shortcode or two like this:
+N 00N Dial 0 > international dialling
+32N 0N Dial 0 > national dialling, 32 = beatiful Belgium
No need for ; as the app always send complete number
