Ad Aware upgrade to se edition error 1

I just recently uninstalled Ad Aware 6 on a win 2K Pro system so as to upgrade it to the new personalSE edition. After the uninstall I rebooted, downloaded the SE edition, installed it, and tried to run it. Upon running it, I received a typical Win 2K error that Ad Aware has generated errors and will be shut down...an error log is being created. Has anyone ran into this or know how I might fix it. Thanks in advance...

Reinstall Ad-aware 6 (if you can) and then run the Ad-aware SE setup. It should run through the uninstall routine automatically and upgrade to SE without the need to reboot.
