Ad-Aware popup blocker won't turn off

I have a user on Vista, running IE7, with Ad-Aware professional. Every time he starts IE, Ad-Aware turns on the popup blocker. I open up the settings, click to disable the popup blocker, close the settings window, pull up IE7 again, and it's still blocking. Go back into Ad-Aware settings, and popup blocker is enabled again.

Anyone know how to stop this? Thanks in advance.

Just an educated guess at this point, as I don't use Ad-Aware pro, but try starting Ad-Aware from the "All Programs" menu. From there, you should be able to access the program's preferences and turn off pop-up blocking entirely.

Are you trying to change the settings as an Administrator? If its the user trying to change the settings and he doesn't have administrator permissions the changes may not stick.
