Well I found it on my own. for those of you that did not know. The AD-64 database can sometimes become corrupt and cause internal voicemail routing issues. To correct those problems do a net stop voiceserver copy all of the avk and avd files to a folder outside your vmail folder for backup just in case. In a command prompt run voiceserver dbchk /f inside the vmail folder. You will run to run this command twice. One that is complete restart the AD-64 with a net start voiceserver command.
