AD-64 and IVS

Has anyone successfully integrated a NEAXMail AD-64 )ver. 2.3) to a NEAX2000 IVS (latest release)?

I have everything set up, but when you call the pilot number of the voice mail, it will not automatically log the caller into their voice mailbox. There is not an MCI link connected and it has the digital Dialogic boards installed.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check the integration setting on the AD64. The should be a setting for your switch that is Digital w/o MCI

I have tried to set it to NEAX2000 Digital and then the VMS will not boot. Right now it is set at NEAX2000 IVS. That is the only setting it will boot on. I have tried NEAX2000 IPS Digital as well as NEAX2000 Digital.

You have to use MCI with the IVS. I went through that about a year and a half ago with NEC. It just doesn't work right without it
