AD-40 port freezes

From time to time a port freezes. What is the cause? I replaced the battery for the entire system -- so it is not the electricity.

The customer kept rebooting the voicemial. That repaired it.

I tried rebooting the entire phone system and that cleared it too.

Any help will be appreciated.

Try reseating the dialogic boards in the AD40. Then restart the voicemail.
