AD-40 how to record a transaction box? 1

How do you record a transaction box in the AD-40? I know that you can logonto the vms pc and hit F3 to go off hook on the port and then F9 to record etc.

I really wanted to know how to do it from the phone. The trasaction box belongs to Amy Ronk.

The owner of the tbox can select to leave a message then enter the extension of the t-box the system will prompt you through recording the greeting.
