I purchaed a new computer, reinstalled VFP 9.0 and copied my apps.

What I can't figure out is how to transfer the active x's to the new machine.

Sam,

Can you give us some more details? What specific ActiveX controls are you having problems with?

Your error message mentions MSINET.OCX. As far as I know, this is only used for the Internet Transfer control. I vaguely remember that there is an issue with this control in Windows Vista and above. You might need an updated version of it, but I'm not sure.

Mike

I've just been put on another assignment for a few weeks.

Please understand the upcoming delay. I will try to get back asap.

One thing to be aware of when registering .DLLs or ActiveX or whatever, you will most likely need administrator privileges to do it.
In Windows 7, what I do is right-click on cmd.exe "Run as administrator", then run regsvr32 ActiveX.
